Today is my last working day in TDK. As I wrap up my 6 years and 1 month journey at TDK Corporation, I find myself filled with gratitude and appreciation for the incredible experiences and people I’ve encountered along the way.
For the first 4 years, I had the privilege of handling Global HR for the Sales & Marketing Division, responsible for supporting TDK key position holders in Sales and Marketing organization across the globe—an experience that gave me the opportunity to work closely with outstanding talents and leaders from diverse cultures and backgrounds. It was a time of growth, collaboration, and learning—made unforgettable by the amazing colleagues I worked with around the world.
In the most recent chapter of my journey, I moved into Talent Development within Japan HR and took on a concurrent role as Deputy Head of the Human Growth Department in Global HR. These roles allowed me to work together with our global HR team, support leadership and capability development, and be part of initiatives to further enhance the transformation of TDK. The role also gave some rare chance to spend some precious time with our CEO Saito-san and other board members, when having them supporting us in the trainings to inspire the leaders and the team members.
My sincere gratitude for the inspiration and guidance from TDK Leaders: Noboru Saito-san, Andreas Keller, Gregory Brower, Stephan Stahl, Gakuji Hayashi-san, Ludger Trockel, Jon Nelson, Michael Pocsatko, Konrad Beck, Josef Vissing, Oliver Huettner, and many others.

Many thanks also to all team members in Talent Development, Japan HR, and also teams in Global HR, regional HR, BC/BG HR, Local HR, and colleagues across TDK.

It has truly been a meaningful and rewarding experience. Sayonara TDK ❤️
